We have several projects focused on advancing the synthetic biology toolkit for the low cost high throughput construction of microbial strains. Combined with high throughput micro-fermentation capabilities, these new tools have the potential to dramatically speed up the Design, Build, Test & Learn (DBTL) Cycle in synthetic biology.
